ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Processing time may be longer during high-demand periods, sales, or festive seasons.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).

Internationally (where available)
If international shipping is not available to your location, you will be notified at checkout or contacted directly.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note:
Customs duties, import taxes, or local charges for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
DELIVERY TIME ESTIMATES
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):
Domestic (India): 5–10 business days
International: 10–21 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Tracking details will be provided if supported by the courier service.
DELAYS, LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs authorities, or events beyond our control.
If your package appears lost or delayed beyond reasonable timelines, please contact us and we will assist you in coordinating with the courier.
For damaged items, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy and contact us immediately with supporting photos or videos.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
Re-shipping costs (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.
UNDELIVERED / RETURN TO ORIGIN (RTO)
If an order is returned to us due to:
Incorrect address
Failed delivery attempts
Refusal to accept the package
Additional shipping charges will apply for re-dispatch.
